Public Offer for Amber Services

Amber Service — software (a Telegram bot) connected to the User's account via the Telegram "Business chatbots" feature, which saves deleted, edited and one-time messages in the User's private chats.
User — an individual who has paid for access to the Service.
Plan — a subscription period and its price, published in the bot and on getamber.ru.
Personal cabinet — a web interface at getamber.ru, accessed via a link from the bot.

This offer is published on getamber.ru and in the @GetAmberBot bot description. By paying for any Plan, the User confirms they have read and agree to this offer and the Privacy Policy, and consents to processing of their personal data to the extent necessary to provide the service (see Privacy Policy). The Provider may unilaterally amend this offer; changes do not apply to an already-paid period.

The Provider grants the User access to the Amber Service for the paid Plan period. The service is provided remotely, entirely electronically, with no physical delivery. Country of service provision — Russian Federation (the service is technically available from any country where Telegram operates, unless restricted by Telegram itself or by the User's local law).

Current plan prices are published in the bot and on the website. Payment is accepted in Telegram Stars directly in the bot, or by bank card via the secure payment page of T-Bank (Tinkoff Bank JSC). Card details are entered by the User directly on T-Bank's side; the Provider never receives, processes or stores the card number or CVV (see "Information security" in the Privacy Policy). An electronic receipt is sent to the email provided by the User, per Russian law 54-FZ.

Access to the paid Plan is activated automatically, typically within a few minutes after the payment system confirms payment, with no action required from the User. A notification is sent to the Telegram bot. There are no regional restrictions on the service, other than countries where Telegram is blocked or unavailable.

The User may request a refund at any time during the paid Plan period by contacting hello@getamber.ru. The refund amount is proportional to the unused remainder of the subscription period (in whole days), returned to the card used for payment within 10 business days. Refunds for Telegram Stars payments follow Telegram's own rules and are outside the Provider's control.

The Provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by third parties — Telegram, payment systems, internet providers — or other force majeure circumstances. The User agrees not to use the Service unlawfully or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Processing of the User's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this offer.
